Grace Locks Limited is a fast-growing company offering premium home solutions, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and windows. We’re looking for a driven business development executive (BDE) to help grow our client base and brand presence.

What You’ll Be Doing-

Exploring and identifying new business opportunities at residential and construction sites.

Connecting with homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers to build strong relationships.

Setting up appointments, sharing product presentations, and understanding what clients really need.

Keeping track of your leads, following up regularly, and keeping your pipeline organized.

Sharing helpful updates and market insights with the management team to keep everyone in the loop.

Being open to traveling to any location at least 200 km from base where there’s an opportunity to close a deal—

This role is field-based, with a strong focus on making bookings and getting deals done.

What We’re Looking For-

At least 1 years of experience in business development or field sales.

Experience in home interiors, real estate, or building materials is a big plus.

Someone who’s great at communicating and enjoys meeting new people.

A self-starter who’s comfortable working independently in the field.
