Job Title: Business Development Executive / Senior Business Development Executive

salary- Fixed: ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 27,000, Incentive: upto ₹ 35,000

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively promote and sell credit cards to prospective customers through field sales, tele-calling, corporate activities, and other outreach channels.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, charges, eligibility criteria, and terms to potential customers.
• Identify and generate leads through cold calling, field visits, market activities, and customer referrals.
• Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure all customer details and application forms are accurately documented and comply with internal and regulatory verification guidelines.
• Conduct timely and effective follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
• Provide high-quality customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on product offerings, policy updates, and competitive landscape to position the product effectively in the market.
• Ensure timely activation of credit cards sourced through personal efforts.
