Job Description
POST– SALES MANAGER (Agency Channel)
- Hire new Insurance Agents to associate with the company and bring new customers on board.
- Train all agents to efficiently use the company’s products.
- Deliver on business goals as set by the company through the agents.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with pending leads and references.
- Mandatory: Strong Motor Insurance Knowledge.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Age: 21 -35
- Minimum 1-year experience in Motor/Car/General Insurance.
- Preferred: Background in Insurance or Broking.
