Job Description
Designation : Business Development Manager (BDM) - Agency Channel
* Recruit, develop & manage a team of insurance advisors.
* Drive business growth through agency channels.
* Achieve monthly targets and ensure consistent performance.
* Motivate advisors for lead generation & policy sales.
* Build strong customer relationships and ensure service quality.
* Conduct regular field activities to support advisors.
* Ensure compliance with all company guidelines.
Candidate Profile :
• Any Graduate required
• Min. 1 year exp. in Insurance sale (Pref. Motor insurance/ General Insurance )
• Age : 21 to 35 Yrs.
• Good Communication Skills
