We are looking for a Business Manager who can take full ownership of operations, growth, team management, and customer handling on behalf of the company leadership.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Chandigarh, India. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including developing and implementing operational processes, managing team performance, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources. They will also be responsible for analyzing and improving workflows, monitoring key operational metrics, and driving productivity and cost efficiency. Communication with various stakeholders to streamline operations and maintain high-quality standards will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management and team leadership
• Strong skills in planning, organizing, and managing resources
• Ability to analyze and optimize workflows and processes
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities
• Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and basic data analysis
• Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
