Business Development Manager (BDM)

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving company growth by expanding market presence, developing strong relationships with key partners, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets in the assigned region. The role involves strategic planning, field visits, market development, and nurturing long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage retailers, distributors, and strategic business partners
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly business growth targets
• Expand product reach by ensuring strong visibility, placement, and market penetration
• Build and maintain long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and support
• Track competitor strategies and provide actionable market insights
• Plan and execute promotional & brand-building activities to boost sales
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly business development reports

Requirements:

• Experience in FMCG or food industry (sales/business development roles preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and market development skills
• Comfortable with regular fieldwork and client meetings
• Highly self-driven, strategic, and target-focused
• Two-wheeler with a valid licence (preferred)
