What You Will Do

  • Be the Face of AI: Act as the first point of contact between our innovative AI software and manufacturing plant heads, quality directors, and business owners in the Baddi-Chandigarh belt.
  • Hunt for Opportunities: Actively prospect and connect with decision-makers via phone, email, and high-impact in-person meetings at their manufacturing plants.
  • Pitch the Future: Deliver compelling, easy-to-understand pitches on how our AI software solves critical industry problems (like regulatory warning letters and quality failures).
  • Close and Grow: Assist in the end-to-end sales cycle, from generating the initial lead to handing off a warm, excited prospect to the closing team.


Who We Are Looking For

  • The Natural Talker: You have excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) and can strike up a conversation with anyone, anywhere.
  • Fearless & Confident: You aren't intimidated by talking to senior management or facing a "no." You see rejections as a stepping stone to a "yes."
  • Curious & Coachable: You don't need a tech background, but you must be genuinely excited to learn about AI, software systems, and B2B sales strategies.
  • Road Warrior: You own a two-wheeler and are comfortable with daily travel across the BBN industrial cluster to meet clients face-to-face.
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years. Whether you are a fresh graduate looking for your big break or someone with a little experience looking to pivot into tech sales, we want to hear from you.
