Package :10 Lakhs (Rs.7 Lakhs {Fixed pay} and Rs. 3 Lakhs {Incentive Pay})(Direct sales ) JOB DESCRIPTION: Your main Aim is to convert the free App user to paid user ,by telling the advantages of Byju's learning to the kid's parents. Byju's provide the same syllabus of schools in a visual and conceptual manner with the Best set of teacher.So you need to convince the parents for the same. Leads will be provided from the company to contact the parents whose kids have downloaded the trial app. PROCESS OF SELECTION 1 Date and Time of Interview will be conveyed 2. Be available on the registered mobile number at the given time. 3. You will be contacted by one of our Sales Development Managers according to the slot selected. 3. The Sales Development Manager will conduct the interview over a video call. 4. Video interview duration will be around 10-20 minutes. 5. Result declaration will be done within a week of the interview
