Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and personable Account Manager to serve as the single point of contact for our B2B clients. In this role, you will build long-term relationships, address clients’ needs and challenges, and ensure excellent service delivery. Your primary goal will be to act as an advocate for our clients internally, while also aligning their expectations with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned B2B clients, ensuring all communication is timely and clear.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Issue Resolution & Support
- Handle client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential service or product issues, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Client Onboarding & Training
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients, guiding them through product features, best practices, and ongoing support.
- Conduct training sessions and provide resources to help clients maximize the value of our products/services.
- Account Growth & Upselling
- Identify growth opportunities, such as cross-selling or upselling additional products/services, to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on strategies, proposals, and client campaigns.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor client account performance, usage metrics, and satisfaction levels to inform strategic conversations.
- Provide regular progress reports, quarterly business reviews, and data-driven insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with product, operations, and customer support teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Advocate for client interests internally, ensuring product enhancements or new initiatives align with client needs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a related customer-facing role in a B2B setting.
- Technical & Analytical Skills
- Ability to interpret client data, generate insights, and communicate them effectively.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- High emotional intelligence, capable of building rapport with diverse client stakeholders.
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills to align client expectations and business objectives.

- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
