Job SummaryThe driver is responsible for safely transporting clients, tourists, or company staff to assigned destinations while maintaining the vehicle in good condition and ensuring a comfortable travel experience.

• Key Responsibilities1. Safe Transportation 🚗Safely drive customers to destinations such as airports, hotels, tourist attractions, and cities.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Ensure passenger safety at all times.
• 2. Vehicle Maintenance 🔧Keep the vehicle clean and well maintained.
• Perform daily checks such as fuel level, oil, brakes, tyres, and lights.
• Report any vehicle issues or repairs to the office immediately.
• 3. Customer Service 🙂Maintain polite and professional behavior with clients.
• Assist passengers with luggage and boarding.
• Provide a comfortable and pleasant travel experience.
• 4. Punctuality & Scheduling ⏰Reach pickup points on time.
• Follow the tour itinerary and travel schedule provided by the company.
• Inform the office about any delay or changes.

5. Documentation 📄Driver must always carry valid documents such as:

• Driving License
• Vehicle RC
• Insurance
• Pollution Certificate (PUC)
• Tourist Permit / Fitness Certificate
• 6. Communication 📞Stay in regular contact with the travel agency office or tour manager.
• Inform the company in case of accidents, breakdowns, or emergencies.
• 7. Route Knowledge 🗺️Have good knowledge of local routes, highways, airports, hotels, and tourist destinations.
• Use GPS or navigation apps when required.
• Required SkillsGood driving skills and knowledge of traffic rules
• Polite and customer-friendly attitude
• Time management and punctuality
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• QualificationsValid Commercial Driving License
• Minimum 2–3 years driving experience (preferably in travel/tourism)
• Knowledge of local and outstation routes
