We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of kitchen operations, excellent cooking skills, and the ability to manage a specific section independently while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section (hot, cold, tandoor, Indian, continental, etc.).
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to restaurant standards.
  • Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared efficiently before service.
  • Monitor portion control, waste management, and consistency in food quality.
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety within the kitchen.
  • Coordinate with Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
  • Train and guide Commis chefs in their daily tasks.
  • Ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Assist in menu development and new recipe execution when required.
  • Follow all food safety regulations and kitchen SOPs.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a CDP or Demi Chef in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and section-specific expertise.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and team-management skills.
  • Understanding of HACCP and food safety protocols.
  • Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred.
