Civil Site Engineer

A Civil Site Engineer is responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of construction activities at site. The role involves ensuring that all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
• Study drawings and ensure work is executed as per design and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
• Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship
• Prepare and maintain site records, measurements, and daily progress reports
• Monitor work schedule and ensure timely completion of activities
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals
• Assist in quantity estimation and material planning
• Resolve site-related technical issues

Skills & Knowledge:

• Knowledge of RCC, finishing, and basic structural works
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good communication and team coordination skills
