Job Summary: The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing virtual meetings with clients, ensuring smooth communication and professional interaction. This role involves scheduling Zoom meetings, assisting with client queries, maintaining client records, and supporting the team in delivering excellent customer service.

Office Timmings: 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM

Saturday: 10 AM - 2 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate Zoom meetings and follow-ups with clients.
• Send meeting invites, reminders, and relevant materials to participants.
• Follow up with clients post-meeting for feedback or next steps.
• Ensure all meetings are conducted professionally and align with company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, coordination, or customer support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
