Role : Client Relationship Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hire new Insurance Agents to associate with the company to bring new customer on board
- Train all agents for them to be able to use the company products
- Deliver on business goals as set by the company through the agents
- Ensure regular connect with pending leads/ References
- Mandatory: Strong Motor Insurance Knowledge
Candidate Requirements:
- Min 1 year experience in Motor/General insurance
- Preferred: Insurance or broking background
- Education: Any Graduate
- Age : 21 to 35
