We are looking for a Commi 1 - Indian Curry at Back to Source.
Location: Chandigarh
Experience: 3+ Years
Joining: Immediate Joiner Required
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
- Handle Indian curr and gravy sections as required.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning of dishes.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
- Assist the Sous Chef / Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Monitor food stock, storage, and inventory of ingredients.
- Ensure proper mise en place before service hours.
- Train and guide Commi 2 / Commi 3 / Kitchen Helpers when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
