Computer Operator

Role Overview

The Computer Operator will be responsible for managing online marketplace orders, processing returns and replacements, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role requires strong attention to detail, discipline in daily operations, and the ability to work independently with accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Operations
• Download and process daily online orders from marketplaces (Amazon / Flipkart / Website).
• Verify order details, SKUs, quantities, and dispatch timelines.
• Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team for packing & shipping.
• Update order status and tracking details in system/portals.
• Monitor delayed or pending orders and ensure timely dispatch.

Returns & Replacement Handling

• Process buyer returns, refunds and replacements on portals.
• Verify returned products and update inventory status.
• Maintain records for damaged / non-sellable returns.
• Coordinate with courier and support teams where required.
• Track and close return cases within timelines.

Inventory Management

• Update inward & outward stock entries in system.
• Reconcile physical stock vs system stock.
• Maintain SKU-wise stock availability.
• Highlight low-stock and fast-moving products.
• Prepare daily / weekly stock & order reports.

Record Keeping & Documentation

• Maintain Excel sheets / MIS records.
• Keep logs for stock movement, returns and dispatch.
• Support audits and inventory verification.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / 12th Pass with strong computer knowledge.
• Experience in E-commerce operations preferred.
• Good working knowledge of:
• MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Email & basic documentation
• Online marketplace dashboards (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow processes and maintain records.

Preferred Experience (Good to Have)

• Experience working with Amazon / Flipkart / Meesho / Shopify
• Knowledge of returns workflow & inventory reconciliation
• Prior warehouse / back-office / operations role
