Construction / Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site. The ideal candidate should ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction activities and site operations

Coordinate with contractors, labor, engineers, and vendors

Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety norms

Monitor labor productivity and material usage

Maintain site records, attendance, and daily progress reports

Ensure quality control and timely completion of tasks

Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently

Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies

Coordinate with management for project updates and requirements

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)

Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety standards

Ability to manage labor and multiple tasks effectively

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to read and understand drawings and site plans

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in residential/commercial construction projects

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work on-site and handle field challenges
