Content Creator

We are seeking a highly creative and trend-savvy Content Curator / Viral Content Specialist to join our Marketing & Communication team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of viral content patterns and the ability to produce high-performing, engaging, and trend-driven short-form content.

This role is crucial for strengthening our content pipeline, improving engagement, and ensuring consistent delivery of top-performing content across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation·    

Create scroll-stopping content with high viral potential.

·    Write engaging scripts, captions, reel hooks, and short-form content ideas.

·    Curate and refine content to match brand voice and audience expectations.

Trend Identification·    Identify trends, hooks, formats, and viral patterns that boost reach.

·    Spot emerging social media trends and convert them into high-engagement content ideas.

Performance Optimization·    Track content performance across platforms.

·    Continuously optimize content for higher engagement, retention, and shareability.

Collaboration·    Work closely with design and video editing teams to execute viral-ready content.

·    Provide creative direction for short-form content production.

Key RequirementsExperience·    

1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in content creation, short-form content, or viral content strategy.
2. ·    Experience with Reels, YouTube Shorts and social-first formats is preferred.
3. ·    Strong preference for candidates who have their own Instagram channel where they actively create short-form content and have achieved virality or high engagement.

Educational Qualification·    

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
2. ·    Candidates with strong portfolios in viral/short-form content will also be considered.

Skills·    

• Strong understanding of viral content psychology and patterns.
• ·    Expertise in short-form content creation (Reels, Shorts).
• ·    Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
• ·    Strong trend-spotting skills and high creativity.
• ·    Ability to generate high engagement consistently.
• ·    Knowledge of AEO (Audience Engagement Optimization) is a bonus.
• ·    Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and essential digital tools.
