Job Description

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
  • Identify potential clients and industries for IT products, ERP, websites, and integrated solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Present and demonstrate IT products, ERP solutions, websites, and integrated solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Proposal Development and Negotiation:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring win-win outcomes.
  • Address client concerns and objections effectively.
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Assessment:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and strategies.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the customer support and post-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Training and Development:
  • Stay updated on the latest IT trends and product knowledge.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior sales team members.
  • Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  2. Proven experience in corporate sales, particularly in IT products, ERP, websites, or integrated solutions.
  3. Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  6. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
