Customer Care Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telemarketing Executives (TME) to join our Chandigarh office. The role involves outbound cold calling, lead generation, and onboarding new clients. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and basic computer knowledge. Both freshers and candidates with experience are welcome to apply.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Graduate or Post-Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MBA, BTech, BE, PGDM, PGDBM, etc.)
• Freshers and undergraduates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
• Age Limit: 18 to 34 years
• Gender Requirement: Female candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to generate business leads
• Onboard and support new clients
• Promote and sell company products and services
• Communicate effectively in English and the regional language
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and convincing abilities
• Target-driven and go-getter mindset
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior outbound calling or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
