Customer Relationship Officer

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our automobile sales team. The CRE will be responsible for managing customer interactions, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales process from inquiry to delivery.

* Welcome and engage with showroom visitors; understand their needs and guide them through product options.

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins; provide accurate product and service information.

* Maintain strong follow-up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.

* Coordinate test drives, vehicle delivery schedules, and documentation requirements.

* Ensure excellent customer experience pre- and post-sale.

* Maintain and update CRM databases with customer information, follow-up status, and feedback.

* Assist sales consultants with administrative tasks, paperwork, and customer communication.

* Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

* Conduct customer satisfaction calls and manage feedback to improve service quality.

Skills & Qualifications

 * Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Marketing, Business Administration).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Customer-first attitude and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Basic computer and CRM software proficiency.
