• Previous experience in outbound calling customer service preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with using CRM software
• Basic knowledge of computers ( Word, Excel)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact

lists.

2. Introduce our products/services and explain their features and benefits

when required.

3. Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer information in

the CRM

4.Provide feedback to the TL ( Team Lead )

5.Stay updated on product knowledge and Brand SOP

6.Uphold company values and maintain professionalism in all interactions
