DEBT RECOVERY TELECALLEER

We are looking for a Debt Recovery Telecaller who will be responsible for contacting customers who have overdue payments and convincing them to clear their outstanding dues. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

• Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to customers with pending or overdue payments.
• Inform customers about their outstanding balance and due dates.
• Negotiate repayment plans and encourage timely payment.
• Maintain professional and polite communication while handling customers.
• Follow up regularly with customers who promise to pay.
• Update call logs, payment commitments, and customer responses in the system/CRM.
• Coordinate with the accounts and recovery team regarding payment updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines while collecting payments.
• Required Skills
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion ability.
• Ability to handle difficult or upset customers calmly.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM tools).
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in tele calling, collections, or customer service is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
