Job Summary

Hum ek reliable aur customer-focused Delivery Executive hire kar rahe hain jo customers tak timely aur safe delivery ensure kare. Is role mein packages handle karna, delivery routes follow karna aur customers ke saath professional behaviour maintain karna shamil hai.

Key Responsibilities

• Orders ko time par pickup aur deliver karna
• Dispatch se pehle address, contact number aur items verify karna
• Cash / online payment (agar applicable ho) collect aur submit karna
• Packages ko safely handle karna aur damage-free delivery ensure karna
• Assigned delivery routes aur schedules follow karna
• Delivery records maintain karna aur app/system mein status update karna
• Customers se polite communication rakhna aur basic delivery issues resolve karna
• Traffic rules aur company safety guidelines follow karna

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum education: 10th pass (company policy ke as per)
• Valid driving license (two-wheeler / four-wheeler, role ke hisaab se)
• Own vehicle (agar company requirement ho)
• Smartphone aur GPS / navigation apps ka basic knowledge
• Good communication skills aur professional attitude
• Physically fit for delivery work
