Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

Manage different ad formats such as Search, Display, Video, and Lead Generation ads.

Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and budget allocation to maximize campaign performance.

Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize ads for better reach, leads, conversions, and ROI.

Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page messaging in coordination with the design and content team.

Track and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.

Create retargeting strategies for cart abandoners and website visitors

WhatsApp & Messaging Integration:

Set up and manage Click-to-WhatsApp ads on Meta platforms

Configure automated responses and chat flows for lead qualification

Track WhatsApp conversation quality and conversion rates

Coordinate with sales team on WhatsApp lead handoff process

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and share insights with management.

Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure cost control and timely utilization.

Implement A/B testing for ads, audiences, and creatives to improve results.

Ensure proper pixel, conversion tracking, and analytics setup (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, etc.).

Monitor competitors’ advertising strategies and suggest improvements.

Brand Awareness & Customer Journey:

Develop full-funnel strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention)

Create lookalike audiences based on customer data

Manage customer retention campaigns and upselling strategies
