About the role:-


We are looking for a Dispatch Coordinator who will be responsible for providing admin support to drivers and customers and solve queries related to location, packages and time.



Roles and Responsibilities:-


·         Follow up with drivers for on-time Pick-up and delivery.

·         Resolving driver issues related with Relay (Amazon Tracking software) or anything else.

·         Diligently keeping an eye on check in-out times of the drivers through relay app.

·         Handling customer queries either via emails or phone.

·         Maintaining a proper record of work done by the drivers and truck for each specific territory.

·         Dispatching and planning of Ad-hoc loads.

·         Cover up additional trailer pool on respective facilities as and when required.

·         Handing over the shift report to the supervisor before leaving.

Desired candidate Profile :-
             

                       ·         Excellent writing skills.

                         ·         Good Verbal skills and Language proficiency with an accent (English)

                         ·         Great communication and interpersonal skills.

                         ·         Basic computer knowledge.

                         ·         Hardworking & willing to learn and adapt.

                         ·         KPO/BPO background preferred.
