Ns Exquisite Lifestyle Pvt Ltd , a company specializing in high-quality textiles and fabrics sourced from India, is expanding into the ecommerce space and looking for a dynamic Ecommerce & Social Media Handler to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update our ecommerce platform, ensuring accurate product listings, descriptions, and pricing.

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Create and schedule content (images, videos, captions) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.

• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media and ecommerce platforms.

• Monitor and analyze online sales performance and social media metrics to optimize marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with designers and suppliers to ensure smooth product launches and promotions.

Requirements:

• Experience in ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and social media management.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and branding.

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and French preferred).

• Ability to multitask and work independently.
