Job Description
- E-Commerce Operations Manage the end-to-end functioning of the Bulk Basket India online platform (website + app).
- Upload and update products, prices, images, HSN/GST, stock status, and categories.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory reflection.
- Monitor order flows, customer queries, and delivery tracking.
- Growth & Marketing Optimise product listings for B2B customers (hotels, restaurants, caterers).
- Implement promotional campaigns, offers, and bulk pricing strategies.
- Analyse customer buying patterns and create procurement-friendly features.
- Coordinate with marketing team for social media ads, targeted campaigns, and brand visibility.
- Data & Reporting Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales.
- Monitor platform performance, conversion rates, repeat orders, and customer behaviour.
- Generate MIS reports for management and suggest improvements.
- Coordination Work closely with:
- Warehouse & dispatch team
- Accounts & finance
- Product & category team
- Management/Founders for strategic decisions
