Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Email Marketing Executive – International Sales to drive global lead generation and revenue through targeted email campaigns. The role focuses on nurturing international prospects, supporting the sales pipeline, and increasing conversions across multiple regions and markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for international markets.
• Develop sales-focused email sequences for lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention.
• Collaborate closely with international sales teams to align campaigns with sales goals.
• Segment global email databases by region, industry, buyer persona, and funnel stage.
• Personalize email content to suit different international markets and time zones.
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and pipeline impact.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, offers, and send times for different regions.
• Maintain email database quality and ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other international regulations.
• Support outbound sales campaigns and promotional launches via email.
• Stay updated on international email marketing trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably supporting international or B2B sales.
• Strong sales copywriting and persuasive communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Understanding of international markets and customer behavior.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data.
• Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work with cross-cultural teams and global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with lead scoring, marketing automation, and CRM integration.
• Knowledge of outbound sales strategies and funnel optimization.
