English Content Writer

About the RoleWe are looking for a English Content Writer with a strong political understanding to craft compelling, culturally rooted, and impactful content for high-stakes political campaigns. The ideal candidate should be deeply familiar with Punjab’s socio-political landscape and able to translate strategy into persuasive communication. Expected to work out of Sangrur.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWrite high-quality content in English for:
• Social media (X, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
• Campaign scripts (video, reels, speeches)
• Slogans, taglines, and sharp political messaging
• Translate complex political narratives into simple, relatable, and emotionally resonant content
• Develop region-specific messaging based on constituency insights
• Collaborate with strategy, research, and design teams to execute campaigns
• Respond quickly to breaking political developments with relevant content
• Ensure content reflects the tone, ideology, and positioning of the campaign
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong command over Punjabi (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Good working knowledge of Hindi and English
• Demonstrated interest in politics, governance, and current affairs
• Ability to write in multiple tones:
• Aggressive / attack
• Emotional / narrative-driven
• Statesman-like / formal
• Experience in social media content creation is preferred
• Understanding of Punjab’s local issues, caste dynamics, and voter sentiments
