Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute corporate, social, and large-scale events end-to-end
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, production teams, and internal departments
• Prepare event timelines, BOQs, budgets, and execution plans
• Manage on-ground operations including setup, rehearsals, and event day execution
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and client satisfaction
• Handle vendor negotiations, cost control, and post-event reports

Key Skills Required:

• Strong event planning and execution skills
• Vendor management & negotiation
• Team handling and leadership
• Budgeting & costing knowledge
• Problem-solving under pressure

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Post-Graduate (Any discipline)
• Prior experience in event management is mandatory
