The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and further planning, coordinating, and executing events from conception through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Execution - Lead the planning and execution of corporate, promotional, public, and private events.

• Conduct site inspections, vendor coordination, logistics management, and on-site supervision.
• Ensure seamless event operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Manage event timelines, and resources effectively.
• Develop contingency plans to handle unexpected situations during events.

Marketing - Need to market our company as an event manager to potential clients and derive work from there.

Team Leadership: Supervise and guide on-ground teams, event staff, volunteers, and support crew.

• Ensure clear communication of responsibilities and schedules to all team members.
• Client Interaction: Understand client requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and ensure successful event delivery.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders regarding event progress.
• Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
