Key Responsibilities

- Design and create clothing, accessories that are aesthetically pleasing and functional

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demands

- Sketch and prototype with software or manual techniques

- Select fabrics, materials, and embellishments that align with design concepts and brand identity

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and sales, to ensure design alignment and product success

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending fashion shows, trade exhibitions, and conferences as needed

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field

- Proven experience in fashion design, preferably in a similar industry or brand

- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
