Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and energetic Fast Food Cook to prepare and serve high-quality fast food items while maintaining hygiene, speed, and consistency. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring customer satisfaction through taste, presentation, and cleanliness.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare fast food items such as burgers, wraps, sandwiches, fries, snacks, and beverages as per standard recipes
• Follow portion control, taste, and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, equipment, and work area
• Handle food preparation, cooking, plating, and packing
• Ensure food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines) are followed
• Manage raw material usage and reduce food wastage
• Coordinate with counter staff for timely order delivery
• Check stock levels and inform supervisor for replenishment
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (grill, fryer, toaster, etc.)
• Assist in opening and closing kitchen procedures
• Skills & RequirementsBasic knowledge of fast food preparation
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Qualification & ExperienceMinimum: 12th pass (preferred)
• Experience: 2 years in a fast food café, QSR, or cloud kitchen (freshers can be trained)
• Working HoursShift-based (10–12 hours)
• Weekly off as per café policy
