Job Description

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TOWARDS INFOMATHS

1.        Counsel students about infomaths and the courses running in Infomaths.

2.        Should update itself with information of all universities (Paper dates / eligibility / other requirements) etc.

3.        Report daily to the Management at HO ,CHD .

4.        Should make good relations with students.

5.         Handling **fee collection**, issuance of receipts, and maintaining accurate fee records as per company policy

6.        The fees collected must be deposited in the bank account of company on the same/next day or must be handed over to the main branch or to the person assigned by infomaths or to branch manager by taking his/her prior signature on the backside of each receipt.

7.        Should conduct tests/ mock tests / prepare the weekly schedule of teaching.

8.        Should / check / prepare test report of the students within 2 days.

9.        Should handle other activities like marketing activities/ calling students / making schedule of teachers/ managing peon / sweeper etc.

10.      Make daily calls to students from data given by Infomaths.

11.      May make own BP’s/ agents and get their regular reporting .

12.      Sending regular messages to the students as scheduled by the head office.

13.      Should not give personal phone no. / address to any of student.

14.     Before discussing any thing with students about anything should discuss with branch manager / HO

15.             To organize / make the awareness campaigns in colleges via canopy or seminars.

16.  Maintaining regular **student monitoring**, attendance, communication, and academic support records.

17. . Managing and updating **Facebook and Instagram pages** with posts, content, and daily student engagement.

18.  Preparing, sharing, and managing **class schedules** and informing faculty/students as required.

19.  Coordinating with students and faculty for smooth functioning of classes and institute operations.

20. You should use your personal phone only during the lunchtime hours ..

21.  Ensuring a professional and service-oriented approach in all student interactions.

. Performing administrative and operational tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
