FMCG Sales Executive

A Sales Executive (20L Water Jars – Bailley) is responsible for driving sales of Bailley 20-litre packaged drinking water jars by onboarding new customers such as offices, corporates, institutions, retailers, and bulk consumers. The candidate must have prior experience in water jar sales and a strong understanding of the local market, delivery cycles, and jar rotation systems. The role includes lead generation, client visits, price negotiation within company guidelines, order collection, coordination with the plant and delivery team, payment follow-ups, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Executive is also responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, ensuring customer retention, and providing market feedback to improve sales performance.
