Handle end-to-end operations of the GeM Portal

Create, update, and manage product listings as per GeM guidelines

Participate in bids, BOQs, reverse auctions, and tenders

Track and process orders received through the GeM portal

Coordinate with accounts, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely execution

Prepare and upload required documents, invoices, and compliance details

Resolve buyer queries, returns, and order-related issues

Ensure compliance with GeM policies and government norms

Maintain records of orders, payments, and performance reports

Coordinate with government departments when required
