Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)

Generate high-quality leads for real estate and hospitality projects

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversions

Manage and optimize Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and creatives

Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends and algorithm changes

Key Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search & Display mandatory)

Proficiency in Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager

Understanding of lead generation funnels

Knowledge of real estate marketing is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Google Ads Certification (preferred)

Experience in real estate / high-ticket lead generation industry
