Graphic Designer (Pharmaceutical Packaging & Marketing)

Location: Industrial Area, Phase-2, Chandigarh-160002

Experience Required: 1–4 Years (Pharma experience preferred)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop pharmaceutical packaging designs, promotional creatives, and marketing materials. The candidate should understand regulatory requirements in pharma packaging and be able to translate product concepts into visually appealing and compliant designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design pharmaceutical packaging (boxes, labels, blister packs, bottles, sachets, etc.)
• Create promotional materials such as social media posts, banners, brochures, and product visuals
• Develop brand-aligned creatives for marketing campaigns
• Ensure all designs comply with pharma regulatory guidelines (composition, warnings, layout standards)
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, production) for design approvals and revisions
• Prepare print-ready files with proper dimensions, color formats, and specifications
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop
• Working knowledge of Illustrator or other design software is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of packaging design and printing processes
• Good sense of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Ability to understand and implement technical content (composition, dosage, etc.) into designs
• Attention to detail and accuracy (critical for pharmaceutical work)
• Basic computer skills and file management
• Preferred:Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Knowledge of labeling compliance and regulatory norms
• Experience in social media creative design
