Job Title: HR & Business Development Manager (Hybrid Role)

About the Company:

Propmates is a tech-driven, AI-enabled hybrid platform in the real estate sector, focused on lead generation, qualification, and seamless transaction support. We are building a dynamic team to scale operations and enhance client acquisition.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional who will handle team onboarding (HR function) along with business development and lead qualification (BD function). This is a hybrid role requiring strong communication, organizational, and sales skills.


Key Responsibilities:

1. HR & Recruitment (Team Onboarding)

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring processes
  • Onboard new employees and manage joining formalities
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure smooth induction and training coordination
  • Support in building a strong and scalable team


2. Business Development

  • Connect with incoming and outgoing leads via calls and messages
  • Explain Propmates services to potential clients
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Assist in strategic growth and expansion initiatives


3. Lead Qualification & CRM Management

  • Collect and verify client requirements
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria
  • Update and manage CRM data efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and closures
  • Maintain lead pipeline and reporting


Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation ability
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
  • Sales-oriented mindset with business acumen
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate/MBA (HR / Marketing preferred)
  • 25 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Business Development
  • Experience in real estate / consulting / service industry is a plus


Compensation:

  • Salary: ₹2.5 ₹4.5 LPA (depending on experience)
