Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, interview, and onboard staff across departments.
- Manage employee records, payroll, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and performance evaluation systems.
- Coordinate with sales team to align HR and business goals.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Assist management in strategy planning and execution.
- Build and maintain employee engagement & retention programs.
- Act as a bridge between management and staff for smooth operations.
- RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR/People Management experience (EdTech preferred).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with interest in sales & digital marketing.
