Job Description

Visa Filing Officer Immigration Consultancy Ltd( Canadian based Company)  Manage various administrative duties including: direct client contact-- phone calls, emails, and regular correspondence  Assist with preparation of Immigration application  Monitor emails and shared inboxes and respond to inquiries;  Follow company procedures and ensure that deadlines are met;  File management, and;  Perform other administrative tasks as may be allocated.  Completed Bachelors Degree and/or Office Administration certificate or related program from an approved business school  2-3 years’ experience in an Administrative/Customer Service/Reception role.  Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Extensive experience with computers, MS Office and Document Editing tools  Ability to multi task and prioritize work; Work under pressure; Repetitive tasks; Attention to detail Personal Suitability; Flexibility; Accurate; Team player; Client focus; Reliability  Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Rs 15,000- Rs 20,000 Schedule: • 9 hour shift • Day shift Work Location: Work from Office
