Job Description
Visa Filing Officer Immigration Consultancy Ltd( Canadian based Company) Manage various administrative duties including: direct client contact-- phone calls, emails, and regular correspondence Assist with preparation of Immigration application Monitor emails and shared inboxes and respond to inquiries; Follow company procedures and ensure that deadlines are met; File management, and; Perform other administrative tasks as may be allocated. Completed Bachelors Degree and/or Office Administration certificate or related program from an approved business school 2-3 years’ experience in an Administrative/Customer Service/Reception role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Extensive experience with computers, MS Office and Document Editing tools Ability to multi task and prioritize work; Work under pressure; Repetitive tasks; Attention to detail Personal Suitability; Flexibility; Accurate; Team player; Client focus; Reliability Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Rs 15,000- Rs 20,000 Schedule: • 9 hour shift • Day shift Work Location: Work from Office
