Kitchen Staff

 Must be highly organized, punctual, and reliable.

· Well-groomed, professionally presented, and able to represent the brand positively.

· Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation and service areas.

· Must be comfortable performing a wide range of tasks – from handling the cash counter and billing, assisting the team in the kitchen, cooking, rush management, customer handling to dishwashing and cleaning.

-Washing utensils and dishes efficiently and ensuring they are cleaned and stored properly.

· Sorting, storing, and distributing food ingredients as per guidelines.

· Assisting in the preparation of all food items including washing, peeling, chopping, cooking, and assembling.

· Disposing of kitchen waste and garbage responsibly. · Cleaning kitchen equipment, tools, surfaces, floors, and storage areas thoroughly.

· Understanding and following all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

· A strong team player who can work well with others in a fast-paced environment.

· Quick learner with the ability to listen, adapt, and follow instructions.

· Assisting in unloading and organizing deliveries as needed.

· Should be capable of managing the store on their own, taking ownership of responsibilities and ensuring smooth operations.

· Must demonstrate patience, teamwork, and a strong sense of dedication to the job.
