Legal Manager-CREDIT CARD-Hardship Assistance Unit

- Responsible for managing legal matters related to credit card hardship assistance. - Oversee and provide legal guidance on credit card customer hardship cases. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the credit card sector. - Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate legal risks associated with credit card hardship. - Manage documentation and legal processes related to hardship assistance. - Support dispute resolution and legal negotiations involving credit card customers. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations impacting credit card services. - Act as a liaison between the legal department and the hardship assistance unit. - Provide strategic legal advice to support business objectives in the credit card domain. - Ensure all legal activities align with company policies and regulatory standards.
