Logistics Executive

Job Description:

Rapid Trans Infotect is seeking dedicated ELD Executives to join our compliance and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) of U.S. commercial drivers to ensure complete adherence to FMCSA regulations. Your primary goal is to help drivers avoid violations during roadside inspections or weigh-station checks.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor driver ELD logs in real time to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Identify potential log issues, hours-of-service conflicts, or compliance risks before they lead to violations.

Communicate with drivers to correct errors, missing logs, or duty status problems.

Provide support to drivers if they are pulled for inspection, ensuring all ELD data is clean and compliant.

Maintain detailed records and reports related to driver logs and daily compliance activity.

Collaborate with the safety and operations team to improve ELD management processes.
