Duties & Responsibilities

 

• Fixturing , Batch preparation ,defixturing of parts and maintenance of fixtures as per standards.
• Operation of Cleaning machine and other supporting process equipments.
• Inspection of fixtures before usage to ensure right fixtures of right quality are used.
• Follow process as per standards (QMS,EMS,Internal operation standards)
• Communicate to shift leader & quality engineer in case of issues
• Document  and deliver the parts for coating process, Ensure necessary identification is done for different groups ex., lot number, testparts  etc.,
• Adhere and ensure everyone in the department follows to all safety requirements
• Involve, suggest and implement HSE ,5S, OOE.
• Oversee failures and involve in implementation of preventive actions & corrective actions for internal and external complaints.

 

Required education, experience, knowledge

 

• University degree / diploma / ITI / 12TH in science/ engineering.
• Fresh candidate /  experienced in mechanical/service industry/Cutting tools/Forming tools background
• Knowledge of Forming tool/cutting tool industry and process.
• Customer oriented approach.
