Job Title: Marketing Influencer / Social Media Reels Creator

Location: On-site – Chandigarh

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Marketing Influencer to represent our brand and create engaging short-form video content (Reels) for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, real estate trends, and storytelling through video.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos to promote our services and projects
• Act as the face of the brand in videos, delivering content in a clear and engaging manner
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storytelling formats for reels
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and business goals
• Stay updated with latest social media trends, audio, and viral formats
• Visit project sites and shoot on-location content (property walkthroughs, highlights, etc.)
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity
• Analyze engagement metrics and suggest improvements for better reach and performance

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills
• Experience in creating Instagram Reels / short-form video content
• Basic understanding of video shooting, lighting, and editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate viral content ideas
• Knowledge of real estate, lifestyle, or luxury segment is a plus
• Confidence, presentable personality, and storytelling ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a content creator, influencer, or social media executive
• Portfolio or links to previous reels/videos
• Background in marketing, media, or communications
