We’re looking for passionate Medical Representatives to be the face of our brand and connect with healthcare professionals to ensure our products reach the patients who need them most. 

Objectives of the Role 

  • Meet and exceed pharmaceutical sales targets within assigned territories 
  • Promote the company’s products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff 
  • Act as a brand ambassador to increase awareness, trust, and visibility of the company’s medical solutions 
  • Strengthen existing customer relationships while acquiring new clients in the healthcare ecosystem 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Schedule regular visits with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital decision-makers to promote company products 
  • Explain product features, usage, dosage, and side effects in a simplified yet medically accurate way 
  • Distribute product samples and marketing materials 
  • Conduct presentations, one-on-ones, and group meetings with key healthcare professionals 
  • Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and promotional events 
  • Track prescriptions and analyze market feedback for continuous improvement 
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to gain a competitive edge 
  • Submit daily/weekly reports detailing visit outcomes, prescriptions generated, and pending follow-ups 
  • Stay up to date on product innovations, industry developments, and market trends 

Required Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field 
  • Prior experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role preferred 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to explain complex technical information clearly 
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting formats 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • FRESHER OR Experience in pharmaceutical sales (especially in the urology therapeutic segment) 
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills 
  • Ability to work independently and handle targets under minimal supervision 
  • Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
