MIS Executive

About Us: Cine Citi Photo Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is a leading supplier of professional photo, video, and cinema equipment in India. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic individual to join our MIS department, focusing on market research and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on various products, primarily sourced from China and other international markets.
• Identify and evaluate new vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers for different product categories.
• Maintain and update MIS reports, vendor data, and product pricing details.
• Communicate with overseas vendors through email, chat, and online platforms to negotiate prices, confirm product details, and resolve queries.
• Prepare comparative reports and provide insights for management decisions.
• Coordinate with the purchase and logistics teams for order processing and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, procurement, or international market research.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools.
• Knowledge of vendor dealing and sourcing platforms (Alibaba, Made-in-China, Global Sources, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to multitask effectively.
