MIS Executive

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing data to support management decision-making. The role involves preparing reports, maintaining databases, and ensuring accuracy and timely availability of information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and maintain data related to production, sales, purchase, inventory, HR, or operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Maintain and update records in Excel, ERP, or internal systems.
• Analyze data trends and highlight variances or deviations.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather accurate information.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
• Maintain documentation and report formats for easy reference.
• Assist in audits, reviews, and data verification activities.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (preferred).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple reports.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS or data handling role (freshers may apply depending on requirement)
